Browse Forums Windows & Doors 1 Sep 26, 2016 5:06 pm Hi, Please can someone help us. When designing our house we selected an A&L windows "Boutique" entertainer door 2110x5737. We have been delivered all of our windows from a different supplier Bradnams windows. I have no problem with the supplier change however the door from bradnams is from there commercial range and looks totally different to the A&L Boutique range. The builder is saying there's not much they can do now as the door is being delivered on Thursday. Who can we speak to about or rights as this is going to give a whole different look to our home? Please if someone can give any advice as soon as possible. Let the builder know its their problem. The Harder You Try - the Luckier You Get ! Re: PLEASE HELP!!! 3Sep 26, 2016 6:33 pm Hi Bashworth it states Boutique which refers to A&L as a supplier however the one they have ordered is commercial. The sizing is the same just 10mm difference Re: PLEASE HELP!!! 4Sep 26, 2016 7:40 pm Well if the specification says Boutique tell the builder, in writing, that is what the contract requires them to provide, and they need to cancel the existing order and reorder what you specified.
