Can anyone tell me what the main differences, if any, would be between an internal flush door made of MDF as compared with an internal flush door made of Meranti/honeycomb? I've been looking at the 2040 x 870mm internal flush doors made by Corinthian versus those made by Hume and the main difference seems to be that the former is made of MDF and the latter of Meranti/honeycomb.
Also one is "primed" and the other is "pre-primed". Isn't that the same thing?
Lastly, when a door is pre-primed, does that include all sides (top and bottom) or just the faces of the doors?
