Browse Forums Windows & Doors Re: Window tinting 2Oct 05, 2015 9:14 pm I remember seeing a post on here recently where somebody had paid around $600 to have their front windows tinted... My build with FHBD viewtopic.php?f=31&t=78344 Re: Window tinting 3Oct 06, 2015 12:57 pm I paid $3700 ish for 55 panels recently. That's not 55 windows, but 55 different pieces of tint (so some windows had 2-3 pieces of tint). I went for the top grade film (max heat/glare reduction) with lifetime warranty. Seems to be doing a good job so far. Bonus is you also can't see in during the day. Re: Window tinting 4Oct 07, 2015 3:58 pm I think we paid approx $2500 for our 5 bedroom double storey house about 5 years ago. It certainly made a great difference to the temperature inside. As Matt1 said you couldn't see in during the day. Is it expensive ? Thanks To find out the cost of window tinting just google online quote window tinting a number of companies have an online job costing app When you have selected a manufacturer and a specific film do a price check. Nobody wants to discover they have paid too much. This is what I did to test if the price I have been quoted is fair I Google price + manufacturer name + product name/code For example price 3m Prestige 70 or price Johnson DN15 - for Johnson Window Films Daylight Natural 15 Try it before you accept any quote that will depend on the kitchen bench depth. you'll have to specify it so it allows for both the tap and the sink 1 7400 |
