We didn't build with them in the end and forwent our deposit. They're prices are cheap for that very reason, you can have anything you want as long as it's what we are suppling.... They get big discounts for volume. They won't build your own house plan ether but allow changes to their plans. I would doubt vary much they will allow double glazing if they don't supply it, but hey you might get what you want. 'Free' upgrade offers and packages that's their style. If you have your heart set on that land then I guess there will have to be some trade offs for you. We are now building with Sterling, they are very flexible with the affordable price tag also. Unfortunately it cost's big to do the right thing, the government should just make double glassing compulsory then price will then come down. That's another story though...
