Browse Forums Windows & Doors 1 Aug 09, 2015 2:45 pm Has anyone fitted blinds to their tilt and turn windows? How do you find them and do you have any pics? I am looking into the Perfect Fit Blinds from Louvalite but I haven't yet got a price (which may well stop me in my tracks) nor seen them apart from their website http://www.louvolite.com/product-range/ ... fit-blinds A realise there have been a few threads on this topic but they are very old and no one had actually come up with a solution back then so I was hoping that maybe now the tilt and turn windows are being used a little more I might get a response. When the blind is fully up it is hidden in the pelmet No pics as house still being built. Roller blinds is my plan B if I can't find a suitable/affordable glass fitted blind. I was also referred to Albert from Mokush by my window supplier (Art) and have his cassette tilt and turn white block out blinds that run on rails down the window and affix to the actual tilting window not the surround. Not only are the fantastic in that the blind stays against the frame even when the window is in an open positon but his price to do the whole house was literally half that of the bigger name suppliers who wanted to just give me rollers. Sometimes the blind can get stuck on one of the rails when closing but a quick back up and retry always fixes the problem. I would definitely install them again if going uPVC in future. Hope this helps.
