We are in the process of getting ready to build a home. We are on a tight budget and in the pursuit of that we are looking to purchase online blinds/curtains etc.
Does anyone know of cheaper good quality items that they have ordered from overseas? We are interested in blackout curtains, honeycombs blinds.
Any input would be muchly appreciated.

I was thinking the same thing, I have seen some on Aliexpress that look o.k. Problem for us is we have a few 2.7 mt windows, and they don't seem to ship them that long. I'm sure there must be some options out there. Bulk buy anyone!?
We are still looking and wont need anything for about 5 months but we would still buy early if there was a bulk buy opportunity.

I had couple of quotations from pre-covid times, I am quite sure they are more expensive now plus with current USD rate and shipping costs it makes them really unaffordable.

Thanks. There are plenty of builders around my suburb. I'll make sure to do some door-to-door knocking, or note their building details on the temp fence.
