Browse Forums Windows & Doors 1 Feb 02, 2015 6:34 pm Hi all We are renovating our house and want to put aluminium bi fold doors in the living area. Our plans show the total frame size as 3.35m wide x 2.4m height. We want to have an odd number of panels to allow us to use the end panel as a "normal" door. I would really prefer to have 3 panels of 1.115m (rather than 5 panel of 0.67m) but most of the residential grade suppliers seem to only do a maximum width of 1.0m. Can anyone recommend a supplier who could do a panel of this width. Commercial supplier is ok. I understand that the problem is likely to be the hardware rather than the panel itself?? Thanks in advance Re: Bi fold doors - wide panels? 2Feb 02, 2015 9:36 pm Have you tried Trend Windows and doors? I Think they might do commercial windows and doors. If not try G James.
