Browse Forums Windows & Doors 1 May 08, 2008 2:43 pm Hi just want to know whether it's worth getting bi fold doors. The house promotion includes the bi-fold doors but part of me is saying they're not too practical. Dont know how many times we would open them in summer and winter they look great and all but just in two minds about them. I was thinking just having the French doors because they also look great
cheers Re: Bi Fold Doors 2May 08, 2008 3:04 pm Hi there.
We are building with PD and the promotion on offer also includes bifolds, but I don't think they will go with the rest of our house or fit our lifestyle. I would prefer the white alimiinium stacker doors and am trying to see if PD would do a straight swap allowing us to get the stacker instead of the bifold at no charge... I doubt they will do this but they SHOULD! Stacker is much cheaper. French doors are also nice Good luck Re: Bi Fold Doors 3May 08, 2008 4:36 pm Previously, I have asked the PD sales consultant. If you don't want particular things in the promotion, they will provide you the standard range. So, think twice before you make the decision on your choice.
P/s: I love bi fold doors. It looks cool. Re: Bi Fold Doors 5May 09, 2008 1:23 pm Thanks for all the feedbacks everyone We are going to keep the bi-fold doors The promotion is too good to pass up!
