I have put a cable tie down the drain holes but cannot see it come out anywhere. The drain in the track does not align with the drain to the outside, so you can't stick something in one and see it come out of the other. What's the problem? It should run out the front over the brick sill... try pouring water into the track and you should see it come out. If it doesn't, you have a problem with the window.
