I would like to convert my computer room to a small theatre room, that would requires sound proof all over the place, including floor and ceiling, anything I shall be more careful? I've read some internet articles and said that it isn't too hard, but the bass is the annoying frequencies to stop leaking. Please advice Hmmm... an easier question is "where did I come from?"... you need to seal everywhere that the sound leaks from and through. Get yourself a cheap sound level meter from eBay, then eliminate areas like windows by packing them with a doona. Windows would be high on the list, but fixing them is no use if the rest leaks.
