I was almost forced to put those windows due to some silly council privacy law, that did not allow me to place normal windows. Instead I placed a large normal window with fog glass. Once the inspection was done, we replaced it with normal glass. Funnily enough, our neighbour is not offended that we can see their garage wall. Small pokey things do nothing for a home but collect dust. Always go big with features such as windows, or if you can't, just leave a wall.
