They are old windows, the bottom part closes fine flush with the frame, but at the top part unfortunately is out of alignment and doesn't completely close. The plantation shutter supplier that installed our shutters said you can get little mini hooks on springs that allow the gap to close without any major renovation. What would anyone recommend?
