Browse Forums Windows & Doors Re: Replacing the glass in two doors 3Dec 04, 2012 3:37 pm D101 I have two interior doors which have leadlight glass in them. I am thinking about replacing the glass as I am concerned about the lead content (with toddlers running around). Does anyone know if this is a difficult or costly thing to do? Are you better off just replacing the door? A glazier can do it... IMO, leave it alone as the risk is very, very, low, but you could just paint a varnish onto the lead strips to seal them.
