For replacement, go to to a local window company, they may do it, or they should know someone who will. If you replace with timber windows, no problem, if you use aluminium, then use either EcoClassic or A&L, as you need a window that slips into the same hole that the timber window leaves. For repairs to the frame, you need a carpenter, for glass you need a glazier.
