It is a different window and its dimensions are 2 by 2.7 width. It needs to be a slider or if significantly cheaper can be a window which does not open at all as theirs roller shutters on the other side of the window so it can't open outwards. I'm pretty sure you can double glaze a sliding window ? How good is using a single glaze of thick glass lets say 12 or 10 ml ? At that size, use a sliding door (but the height will make it expensive), or if it is economy you want, go for the fixed window with a mullion, making 2 lights or panes. Thicker glass makes almost no difference to thermal efficiency, only to sound stopping power.
