Due to miscommunication, I've ended up with a pretty ordinary round ss doorknob / deadlock set. I don't mind the deadlock, but would have preferred it to accompany some nice pull handles instead of a round knob. The rest of the house has lever sets, so the knob has to go. I can easily replace it with a similar size in a lever model, but wondered if I would destroy my beautiful doors if I tried to have pull handles replace the knob set. Has anyone done anything like this before?
