He had a look at all that was done and agreed that the quality of the screens is substandard and will be replacing all of them. He also notice that he doggy doors installed on 2 large panels were installed incorrectly - new glass to be provided and the doggy doors to be reinstalled. Some of the window frames had the wrong profiles installed - this is to be addressed. He also agreed velcro is not the answer and will change the retention system to a slide pin. All in all, he was embarrassed by the standard that was delivered and more embarrassed that it was actually signed off by one of their supervisors. This is 100% true.
