Browse Forums Windows & Doors 1 Mar 22, 2012 4:44 am Burbank is providing us double glazed glass for all doors and windows. For better privacy we were planning to do coloured tinting on them. However we read in some other forum that tinting of a doubling glazed glass may result in cracking as the external glass would be much hotter than the internal one. Is this the case? Also does bottom hung windows has any advantage over top hung?? Can any expert kindly clarify this please:-) Thanks Re: double glazed windows- Burbank build 2Mar 22, 2012 10:20 am devils_advocate Burbank is providing us double glazed glass for all doors and windows.
