Thermal break? Standard or semi-commercial frames? etc. 18mm air gap seems a bit large - consensus of optimum seems to be around 12mm. I don't know the answer, but those who do will need the above info - it does seem a bit expensive though. And don't forget about window manufacturer company as well - some have much better quality than the others. But first impression that for the 17sqm of "ordinary windows", $8250 does seem a bit expensive to me too. In addition, as far as I know sliding windows cost less than awning ones.
