I managed to remove the sliding portion, but wondering if a glazier would be required to move the fixed half. The reason for doing this is due to changing the location of a HWS and requirements for clearance between HWS and openable windows. The windows are aluminum sliding windows by Boral Window Systems (Dowell). Any info would be much appreciated. Thanks.
