We are considering tilt and turn, casement and sashless (Shugg) - all double glazed for the places
we want good flow through ventilation to use the sea breezes we get .
Local conditions can be windy with driving SW rain at times (southern Vic near the coast).
Have been told that tilt and turn would be more prone to air and possible water leakage in our conditions
due to the mechanism and the fact they open inwards - is this a valid concern ?
How good are the sealing properties on shugg's these days - are they also a concern ?. Is casement the safest
option ?
