There are enough other things in this house to catch dust for me to deal with panelled doors as well. That would be another 18 things for me to dust LOL. Some things are worth waiting for. If you don't want to draw attention to your doors choose plain ones. It depends what style of home you want and whether you want to make the doors a feature, or blend in with the walls. I grew up with flush panel doors, so for my build I wanted something different. I also built a more traditional style home than contemporary and went with 2 panel doors throughout. All my doors are white gloss to match the skirts and archs which are also slightly more decorative than the standard. I love the look...but that's me, and it suits my home perfectly. The house we live in now has a classic look 4 panel profile and when we went to 'modernize' the room, it still looked a bit dated.
