I have two doors which open out and they both have full windows on either side of them. I have just noticed that the frame work on the edge of each door is uneven and one of the doors has a .5 cm strip of wood down the side of it. I don't have the correct terminology probably but I am talking about the piece of wood that borders the doors meeting in the middle, so one side is wider than the other and one side has a wooden strip added to it.
It appears as if they made a mistake when they made the doors and then added another strip of wood so that they would actuallyfit together.
I'm not happy about it, but wanted opinions if this was common practice or a reason to get the doors returned and replaced?
