Browse Forums Windows & Doors 1 Feb 04, 2011 12:50 pm G'day all, Just wondering if anybody can help. We had some External Aluminium Bi-Folds installed during our renovation and after tiling we have a 40mm rise along the bottom of the frame (we expected it to be flush with the floor). Does anybody know what the Standards & Tolerances are for this (and where we can find an official copy) as we find it quite dangerous and have already had a couple of people trip whilst walking out of that area. We already have a copy of the guide to Standards & Tolerances 2007 from the Building Commission in Vic but we can't find any info on this area. Any help would be appreciated, Cheers Re: Floor Height Clearance for External Bi-Fold Frame 2Feb 04, 2011 10:06 pm Mr & Mrs Fixit G'day all, Just wondering if anybody can help. If you wanted it flush you needed to specify that in the installation detail drawings.
