Browse Forums Windows & Doors 1 Nov 28, 2010 2:55 pm Hi all I'm looking at ordering some wood-style venetian blinds for our new windows in our new extension and I'm trying to find slim venentian blinds as these are the only one's that will fit inside our window recess (we don't want them on the outside). All I can really find at the moment are one's with a minium depth of 50mm. We can go no bigger than about 40/45mm. Can anyone recommend a company that specialise in slim venetian blinds, either in Sydney or a company that supplies to Sydney based customers. Thanks in advance. PS - I might also add we would prefer custom made but not essential! We try to avoid the 25mm timbers due to the slat size not having enough stability and prone to warpage & twisting. We do have our metal 25mm venetian blinds in a range of timber grains, which might be more suitable for you. We post free samples, so if you visit our website and make a selection, we can pop them straight into the mail for you. I hope this helps. Kind regards Gillian Building Standards; Getting It Right!
