Browse Forums Windows & Doors 1 May 11, 2010 10:29 pm We have now been in our house for three months and I finally got a chance to climb up and dust the window frames. I discovered that the tops of the frames have not been painted, at all ... is that normal ??? It seems that in my house if you cannot see it, it probably is not painted progress viewtopic.php?f=31&t=20401 sculptures viewtopic.php?f=36&t=26607 pole trouble viewtopic.php?f=3&t=25988 Re: Is your window Head Casing painted? 2May 11, 2010 11:37 pm It should be painted. Do you have any pics? I am having doubts with our door bottoms, especially external doors and those in wet areas ... I asked and asked and warned and warned - still I don't think one of our external doors is painted at the bottom. Will have to take it off after handover and paint it myself anf then put it back . So if you are, that's the bit that confuses me - just can't get my head around that some professional painters would not paint the whole of the architrave So unbelivable!!! My signature is distracting people from my wise posts ... I'll look into different shower heads and ask the plumber about some engineering and see what he says. Thanks 2 9564 If you can calculate the reasonable charged head from let's say 100mm below the gutter to the top of where the vertical riser's horizontal discharge pipe will be, that… 11 17530 |
