I will leave it to the Building Commission to deregister him over the uncapped gas pipes, uncapped sewerage pipe, illegal plumbing internally etc etc...the window substitution was only a small part of a much bigger renovation disaster. The glazing company are now suggesting SolTech instead of Comfort Plus. Apparently SolTech is toughened, 6mm, comes in near identical neutral colour, but doesn't have quite as good thermal qualities as Comfort Plus. It is apparently more expensive though... not sure how much. Any comments?? One more comment... at 6mm it isn't laminated (I presume, as laminated is 6.38mm). This means that the Low-E surface will be exposed and difficult to clean.
