Upon his arrival I decided to pop to the post box to see if by some wild chance it had happened! And it had. There it was - a great big fat envelope with a yes yes yes attached to it!!! A house that starts right will finish right so get a reference from whoever you chose and don't take the cheapest price, as you will only get what you pay for.
