How do we replace a board that runs the width of our very large "TrimView" aluminium sliding windows? Board is about 2/3 way down the frame. Below the sliding windows and above the fixed glass at the bottom. Windows go all the way to floor. The board has weathered and twisted it now lets water in . The house is about 30 years old. We are in W.A.

Can't imagine exactly what you have but sounds like ply or similar. I would get a glazier to replace it he is used to window construction and it should be held in place by glazing beads (I hope!) - use WBP (water and boil proof) ply.
Trimview wow a long time ago - if your glazier can't help I know a guy used to be their designer - let me know.
