Browse Forums Windows & Doors 1 Oct 16, 2009 10:36 am I just wanted to post my opinion of the company we dealt with to supply our blinds and drapes. We used The Right Track - Braybrook, after reading recommendations on this board. I have had nothing but trouble. There has been problems with just about every facet of my order (a whole house of dual blinds and drapes). It has been 7 weeks since I ordered and paid and I still don't have blinds that I was told would take 3-4 weeks to be installed. I could go into the whole saga here but I won't - PM me if you want further details. cheers Re: Blinds and Drapes in Melbourne's west 2Oct 16, 2009 11:27 am What a shame Kerrie We used Right Track in Braybrook - dealing with Margot and had no issues. We got a great price and ddin't have to wait long at all. We booked them with about 8 weeks left on our build and they were installed the week we got the keys....We ordered dual rollers and plantation shutters - the shutters did take about 10 weeks to complete and get in. The only issue we had was that they forgot to put the child safety clips on. I emailed the contact on the website and got an instant reply and had the men out that same afternoon installing the child safety clips. Perhaps you could try to email the contact on their website? From memory the woman that replied to me was the head of the company and was very professional and helpful. Btw I think I see you house on my daily walks, it looks fantastic you must be very happy My karma ran over your dogma Re: Blinds and Drapes in Melbourne's west 3Mar 30, 2010 10:22 pm Just wanted to reinforce the point DO NOT USE RIGHT TRACK BLINDS Just this week I finally got my last blind - the order was placed at the end of August 2009!! I have had 12 visits to my home by various sales, management and installers. 12 visits!!! The only comfort I draw is that they would have made no profit from my order because of all their stuff ups!! I have also heard a rumour that they have gone into liquidation - so stay well clear Hi I live in a 100yr old semi and my neighbour added an additional floor last yr and our architect has advised that we can knock down our semi and build a free-standing… 0 37709 Hi All It has been a few weeks since my last update.
