I didn't know you could get them in this color and not sure if it would look good or not. We do have black window frames. They had them in a sitting room and they looked quite classy but as we are having white timber venetians in the rest of the house not sure if they would look strange (although you can't see the white ones anywhere else while sitting in this room).
