Browse Forums Windows & Doors 1 May 21, 2007 11:56 am I was just hoping for some help here.
I have just had my feature doors delivered and they are clear not frosted as I thought they would be. These are for the bedroom (double doors), linen and pantry. I therefor do not want the visitors to see into them. I have looked back on my contract and it does say clear so I guess it's just my oversight. I do remeber telling them I wanted the ones like the display. Is it very expensive to get the glass replaced or what is the frosted coating stuff like that you can put on it. Any feedback appreciated. Tam That looks good 4May 21, 2007 1:01 pm Thanks guys
I started googling too. I love the look of the etched glass, some of them you can make it more personal and design something for yourself. I wish I was more artistic in that way. It it easy to install? What about bubbles in the material? Re: Wanted frosted glass 5May 21, 2007 1:11 pm All you need is water, a squeegee and a razor blade and the rest is easy!!
The company i mentioned sent me out a sample and it looks really easy to apply!! Matt Re: Wanted frosted glass 7May 22, 2007 6:34 am This is what I bought. Comes with instructions, easy to apply.

You can see some pretty funky designs on shop windows, would this work in residential homes? Anyone have any experience on this? I got a sample of the Ezi Tint and think it would be great for bathrooms or small windows but on such a large area would not look as good in my opinion. Re: Wanted frosted glass 12May 23, 2007 12:41 pm Hi
We are considering offering this service - I think if you talk to someone who does vinyl signs you should be able to get what you want.
