About 3 years ago we worked with a major architect who said it was on the way out again... ? Black has had strong growth in the same period, while white has sat at a very low but consistent demand. 10 years ago primrose was 2/3 of everything. Then this demand was split with Pale Cream (White Birch) and eventually Beige - which made a come back after 10 years absence - coming into the market. I think safe colours like Black, White, and Pale Cream (White Birch) will keep their popularity. While any dark colours other than Black will move out of fashion. Bright colours (like Blue) survive in Beach locations but quickly date in the suburbs. I think Silver will survive in low demand. I remember Henley bringing Torres Blue and then Brown into the market which both failed... I think it's important to consider colours of aluminium windows for the future value of your home. I have over the years considered painting them as I still hate them! My new house has brown windows and a dark brick, and I really like it! So I was happy and quite drawn to the brown windows….the exact same as I have in my current home.
