But the builder we were considering it with (a while ago) quoted an obscene amount as they said it was a commercial window. I'm sure there's cheaper options though than commercial standard. But we also have a low cost PVC sliding window where all panels move and the flyscreen slides also. Costs less and no flies... Guessing you're in Qld... try G James.
