... how the #^(!*@#(* do you get the !@()*#) flyscreens off to clean the sliding window????? As you can tell from the expletives I've just spent 20 minutes wrestling with the (!@*&!& things and am getting extremely frustrated!! They are stuck in a recess on the outside of the frame. No amount of sliding will make them fit out. I tried a gentle bend which turned out to be a bad idea. (!) No sign of any screws or fixtures to remove parts of the frame to get the damn thing out... I'll be damned if I have to remove the mesh from the frame, clean window, then re-install it, a bugger of a job. It's looking like we will have to spend Christmas lunch looking through a layer of mud . Help!!!! Same thing with the fly screen plus you need to move it sideways to release from the frame. Lift up and to the side with a slight bend to get one corner out. Then pull it out.
