I signed a contract with thermally broken windows, however, I am forced to use uPVC.
They state that uPVC has better energy rating, is this true?

However I've always worried about the harsh sun in Australia. It can probably do a bit of damage to the rubber looking stuff they use to thermally break too, but at least theres less exposed.
