Waterproofing around door jam?

No! You are correct it is not compliant.
The waterstop must be incorporated into the membrane both on the floor and at each end. It can't just be fixed to the floor with a bit of silicon.

The angle should be sealed to the floor with an adhesive, like sika, then the membrane is to be applied to the floor and over the foot of the angle.
Where the angle meets the door jambs it needs to be sealed at the junction and the membrane on the walls continue from the wall onto the waterstop angle. This way you have a continuous waterproof system across the opening.

The sections under the jamb that haven't been waterproofed MUST be filled and waterproofed

Disgracefull waterproofing, get an independent qualified inspector ASAP. Do not allow them to start screeding or tiling

You have 4x images, door frame, The work is poorly applied rough, with no care for how it should be done, if thats the sample of the waterproofing good luck with the tiling. You need to get an inspector or contact the supplier of the waterproofing product and ask them to inspect.
