Pivot door top pin too short issue- Hume, Corinthian, Sthn *

So went to hang a pivot door today and noticed the top pin only inserted into the insertion 45%.

I spoke to a Hume doors rep and he told me;

i need to ring Canterbury doors as its their stuff up.

pivot hardware is wrong to southern star.

Gap margin and top and bottom are already 2-3mm.
