Old aluminium windows and some modern aluminium windows with heaps of aluminium similar to commercial will rate this easily. They don't go into WERS for obvious reasons.
Maybe in winter or at night time. Certainly not the whole year or throughout the entire year
This is total difference, higher and lower, summer & winter.
Yes it may have overstated - but not by much - and for some areas it is understated.
