Sliding door -no roller screws

I'm trying to replace the rollers on an external sliding door. Unlike others I've done there doesn't seem to be any cartridge or adjusting screws. Does anyone have ideas on how to take the rollers out? Please!

It's a bit hard to make out from the photo but it looks like the spindle on the roller is just a captive pin.
I'd expect that you angle a screwdriver through the slot in the side of the door and under the roller and then lever up. The roller and spindle should hopefully pop out.
Then get a matching size roller, line its spindle up with the slots and tap it back in so it's clipped in.
