Window can be partially pushed out

While opening the window, I noticed the right side of the aluminium window can be partially pushed out (but not the whole way out).

I can’t see any screws fixing it to the frame.

After advice to fix it back to the frame please please.

cant really see whats going on there, but can sort of understand from your description. Is the other side fixed? if so you should be able to se ethe fixing. You could use the same and do it yourself, though I'd be more inclined to raise it with the builder to fix

Thanks for the response and suggestion.

The other side isn’t fixed. It’s comes out as well (you can see the dirt markings as to how far the window can be pushed out in the pic below).
