Browse Forums Windows & Doors 1 May 16, 2022 12:21 pm Hi brain trust, I have a room with two double gazed windows facing the road. Need some tint applied for privacy (don't care about keeping the heat out..etc). The windows are double glazed and the glass is AS/NZS 2208 Grade A TF4 (so toughened glass and not laminated). And the window is south facing and under an eve. Meaning there is very little direct sun on the windows through summer or winter. Would applying a mirror tint film like https://www.bunnings.com.au/pillar-prod ... m_p3961897 cause a real risk of thermal breakage? Are there better mirror films that are available for retail customers that I should look at? Thanks!
