I was able to remove 20 out of 22 to clean their tracks but I failed with 2 I can lift them by a few mm but they still won't clear the bottom lip from their frame track,,,,,,,,dimension for those 2 sliding windows are 90mm by 120mm roughly. I checked if there anti-lift mechanism or top roller installed that can be wound down Any further trips can you please advise ? Is there any sign of a bow at the head or sill which is shortening the frame height? If so, this would likely be an installation issue. Otherwise, you should call Trend as it does not make sense.
