Browse Forums Windows & Doors 1 Jan 24, 2021 12:38 pm Hi everyone, We are building our home, and our builder have told us that for upstairs bedrooms due to privacy/council requirements, the windows in the bedrooms facing the sides of the house have to be above a certain height, thus making the windows small/narrow. This is our first time building. Is this normal? If so, how have people found the small windows and is there sufficient light coming through. The bedrooms are kids bedrooms and facing north east. Picture below is an example of the windows that is expected to be installed in the build. Thank you.
