After some advice
We have bought a heritage listed house in Sydney on a busy intersection. We want to get windows double glazed. Likely have to use existing timber windows, but happy to change if cheaper. There are bay windows.
Have read a bit about retrofit etc but would appreciate advice/recommendations from others who have done same.

Thanks You need to look at new windows because the windows and hardware will not be deigned to take the heavier and wider double glazed units. It may be possible to use aluminium windows provided they match the design of the timber ones.
