HELP - Need Urgent Advice Re: Blinds

Hi everyone,

I need to know if there is a regulation in relation to the length of Roman Blinds.

As in is there an allowance for how far off teh ground they should be when down.

Our blinds are really high off the ground, but the installer is claiming they will drop in 6-9 months and they are "within the allowance".

I need to know where this information is kept ASAP before our VCAT hearing on Thursday.

They both sell to Australia, so I would email each with the question... "How long will they take to settle?". Take the email answers with you.
