Browse Forums Paving & Concreting 1 Mar 28, 2017 4:52 pm Hi brains trust! We had concrete poured in October - driveway and alfresco. At Christmas my father noticed that a corner of the alfresco had lifted up off the ground. The concrete is extremely cracked, all over. Some cracks bigger than others. We had a different concretor out over the weekend who stated that he thought the mesh was on the ground and that there was too much room between the expansion joints. He didn't want to put any of that in writing though, as Adelaide is too small and he didn't want any backlash from the original concretor. He recommended we get a building consultant/inspector out to have a look and give us a report. So, does anyone have a recommendation for a building inspector specialising in paving concrete who could write a report for us? We are in north east Adelaide.
