Flooring issues - hole at couple of places.

Hey Guys,

Sounds weird and odd but here is what has happened.

Property flooring appears to have some sort of hole. I believe it to be concrete cancer but I am not 100% sure about it.

Hoping that I don't have to spend my fortune to get it fixed but requesting all Guru's here to shed some light/insight into this.

Pictures attached for reference.

Many Thanks !
How old is the house?
27 years old
Anyone has any idea ?
Given the age and the fact that you will have to pay for it yourself, I'd just fill it up with self levelling concrete.

At least it will be flat.
Have you had it looked at - maybe get a few quotes - if only for ideas etc.

Building A New House

I am looking at building a house. Has anyone used Construkt Homes (based in Adelaide)? Does anyone have experience with this builder?
