Browse Forums Paving & Concreting 1 Nov 24, 2015 8:31 pm Hi all, I'm going for the industrial look for my front fence and I reckon a nice solid concrete fence is the way to go. Anyone here got any idea how this will cost? Fence is about 13m long, 300mm high and 150mm thick. I will be putting timber post on top of it to finish it off. I got quotes from formwork people and they said around 12k to do the whole fence including footings etc. Wayyy out of my budget. thankss Re: Precast concrete front fence 3Nov 25, 2015 12:10 pm 300mm high? Jiminy for something that small you'd be able to do it yourself easily even if you aren't the most handy type. I'm sure you'd be able to source some pre-cast panels so the amount of on-site work would be minimal. Stewie Re: Precast concrete front fence 4Nov 25, 2015 12:30 pm Apologies if I'm not clear. Also, I dont have the time so I rather get some precast. Good questions but the best answer will be obtained by visiting (ie: interviewing) a couple of house designers and/or builders and ask them.
