Paving & Concreting

I' need some advice on how to restore/repair the side path of our house in a reasonably cost effective way.
The oldnatural stone paving is quite deteriorated and the downpipes drain the rainwater into the channel along the house which is very likely leaking under the foundation.
I'd appreciate any ideas.
Many thanks, Christian
